We’d like to share additional details about the recently updated Auto Pause Pass item.
The Auto Pause feature automatically pauses and resumes your exercise based on movement detection.

You can adjust the sensitivity via[Setting → Exercise → Auto Pause Sensitivity]
Notes on Sensitivity Settings

Higher sensitivity results in quicker auto-pause and resume actions.
•
If sensitivity is set to 0, auto-pause and resume will not function.
•
Since the ideal sensitivity may vary depending on your device and how you use it, we recommend testing different levels to find what works best.
If the sensitivity isn't set appropriately, auto-pause may trigger even during normal exercise.

The Auto Pause feature is only active during the period when the Auto Pause Pass item is applied.
Additional Notes

You can turn Auto Pause notifications on or off via
[More → Setting → Notifications → Service Notifications → Auto Pause]

On iOS devices, if the Auto Pause feature is active, exercise will automatically pause when GPS is not detected.

Example: If you go underground during exercise and GPS is lost, the exercise will pause. It will automatically resume once GPS is available again.
